Our mixers feature precision-engineered tool geometries and large mixing surfaces to ensure a consistent, high-quality mixture while preventing unwanted heat buildup during processing

Aluminium Industries-Petroleum Coke Preheaters

REWINZ Technology provides advanced preheaters designed specifically for heating petroleum coke in the aluminum industry. Our preheaters ensure a controlled and uniform heating process, raising the product temperature from ambient (0°C) up to approximately 200°C with high thermal efficiency and process stability. This preheating stage plays a critical role in anode production, where the heated petroleum coke is subsequently baked to form anode blocks used in the Hall-Héroult electrolytic process for aluminum reduction.
